1. Scope of Curatorial Services & Independent Directory
Happybundleloopstr operates an independent editorial and nightlife concierge service highlighting top rooftop clubs across Barcelona, Madrid, Ibiza, and Valencia. We provide verified technical sound specifications, dress code guidance, music genre classifications, and inquiry aggregation.
Independent Status: While we coordinate with hospitality managers, Happybundleloopstr does not own or operate physical venues such as W Barcelona, Destino Pacha, Ginkgo Sky Bar, or Atenea Sky. Admission rights, door security discretion, table availability, and strict entry policies remain at all times under the sole jurisdiction of the respective third-party venue management.
2. Age and Legal Eligibility
Nightlife in Spain is strictly governed by regional hospitality regulations. Access to our concierge services and the nightclubs featured is restricted strictly to persons of legal age (at least 18 years of age in Spain). By utilizing our inquiry forms, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to brand identity, the proprietary 3D WebGL architecture, procedural shaders, visual layouts, curated editorial copy, icons, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Happybundleloopstr or its licensors and is protected under Spanish, EU, and international copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, modify, decompile, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, or publicly display any portion of our 3D digital assets without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable Spanish and European Union law, Happybundleloopstr and its directors, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for:
- Any refusal of admission or ejectment from a third-party nightclub due to non-compliance with the venue's dress code, intoxicated demeanor, late arrival, or lack of valid government-issued photographic identification.
- Discrepancies in cover charges, drink minimums, or DJ lineup cancellations implemented by venues without prior notice.
- Hardware rendering bugs or temporary device performance lags caused by the local execution of WebGL 3D graphics on outdated graphics hardware.
5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall be submitted exclusively to the competent judicial courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
6. Modifications to Platform and Terms
